How to get there.

Just easy. By car, motorcycle, taxi or bus. For local people take a bus destination in Teluk Bungus. More comfort is using a car. Pantai Carolina Padang (Carolina beach) is located in south of Padang, West Sumatera. The exactly position is Teluk Bungus that almost 25 km far away. To proceed Pantai Carolina is very cheap. The cost aorund IDR 5,000 per person. If you drive a car need more extra IDR 5,000 for parking fee. For renting boat from Carolina beach to Pulau Sikuai (Sikuai island) is interval price IDR 500,000 until IDR 600,000. For Pulau Cubadak (Cubadak Island) is IDR 800,000. All of the islands are not far from Carolina. But, if you can bargain all of prices above, you can get the best price. Just ask at 30% below of the price.

Tips.

1. Manage your journey at the weekdays. Avoid in weekend, school holidays, or national holidays.

2. Perfect weather. Avoid rainy season.

3. Prepare any necessary item to enjoy Pantai Carolina.

4. Prepare some cash. The ATM is not available nearly Pantai Caroline.

5. For more safety, do not left your important belonging and watch out in good sight.

6. For an economical reason, you can bring some extra food for supermarket in Padang to save more money when entering Pantai Carolina. All supermarkets are available in Padang.
